Benjamin Tuggle, son of William and Elizabeth Tuggle, was born in 1598 in London, England. He immigrated with his family in 1635 to Middlesex County, Virginia, and died in 1651. Descendants lived principally in Virginia, Georgia, and Illinois.

Includes records of the Epley family.
