Jesse Wine married Mary (Polly) Breedlove, Nov. 5, 1811 in Rockingham County, Virginia. She was born May 22, 1783 and died June 15, 1862 at Chestnut Ridge, Harrisonburg, Virginia. They were the parents of six children: Peachy, Mary Eliza, Nancy, Sarah, Polly and Suzannah. Peachy Wine was born April 18, 1810 and died Sept. 5, 1881. He Married first Lydia Long, Aug. 25, 1842. They were the parents of three children: George Harrison, Julia F. and Mary E. This history seems to focus on the descendants of George Harrison Wine. Peachy married second, Catherine Wine, July 10, 1851. She was the daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Kagey Wine. They were the parents of five children. Descendants live in Virginia, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
