Joseph Bailey, parents not listed, was born 28 Jan 1761 in Maryland. He married Elinor Frum, parents not listed, on 5 Mar 1783 possibly in Frederick County, Virginia. They had 10 children. Elinor died in 1832. Joseph married Letitia Price, parents not listed, on 8 Nov 1832 in Harrison County, Virginia. Joseph died on 21 June 1850 in Taylor County, Virginia. His descendants have lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, and other areas in the United States.
