Jonah Queen was born in Donegal, Ireland in 1755. He emigrated in about 1770 and settled in Stafford County, Virginia. He married Sarah Catherine March in about 1784 and they had seven children. He died in 1847 in East Liverpool, Ohio. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota and elsewhere.
