Seems to be records from at least two maybe three Bibles. Some of the older records were transcribed by Norborne M. Taliaferro from an old prayer book and an old Bible.

Charles Taliaferro (1735-1798) was born in Carolin County, Virginia, the son of Richard Taliaferro. He married Isabella McCullock (1739-1794), daughter of Rev. Roderick McCullock, in 1758. They had eleven children, 1759-1783. Their son, Roderick Taliaferro (1777-1820) was born at Amherst, Virginia. Susan Price (1778-1858), daughter of James Price, was born in Henrico County, Virginia. They were married at Lynchburg, Virginia, in 1801. They had eight children, 1804-1821, born at Lynchburg. They both died at Lynchburg. Their son, Norborne Montgomery Taliaferro (1802-1853), married Lucy Jones (1804-1850), daughter of Rowland Jones, in 1823. They had nine children, 1824-1844, born at Lynchburg and Franklin County, Virginia. Their daughter, Susan Price Traliaferro (1830-1877) and William Overton Fontaine (1818-1863), a native of Henry County, Virginia, were married in 1855 at Danville, Virginia. They had four children, 1856-1862, born in Henry and Franklin Counties, Virginia; and Grimes County, Texas. William Overton Fontaine died in the military hospital at Houston, Texas. Susan Fontaine married 2) Felix O. Yates in 1867. They had a son born in 1869. Susan Yates died at Lampasas, Texas.

Includes the Price family. Samuel Price (1741-1782) and his wife, Elizabeth Puveyeur, had ten children, 1763-1781, born in Henrico County, Virginia.
