Benedict Middleton (ca.1767-1840) married Hannah Harrison in 1792, and moved during or after 1798 from Virginia to Guilford County, North Carolina. Descendants through 1980 lived in North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana and elsewhere. Includes Harrison ancestors to 1648 living in Virginia.
