Mikrofilme aufgenommen von Manuskripten im Archiwum Diecezjalne Gliwice.

Roman Catholic parish registers of christenings, marriages, and deaths for the Sankt Marien Kirche in the city of Beuthen, Silesia, Germany; later Bytom, Katowice, Poland. Sometimes the surrounding towns and villages are listed by name in separate records. In these cases, the names of the towns are listed in parentheses after the record type and years. Where the records are for parishioners in the city of Beuthen, the city is not listed. Where there might be confusion, records for parishioners in the city of Beuthen are listed simply as Beuthen. Where the surrounding towns are listed together, they are called Beuthen Land. The Wählerliste, created between 1937 and 1943, is an alphabetical list; however, the films contain only letters A through L. The Wählerliste contains names of parishioners whose birth years lie between 1848 and 1919, their occupations, and their addresses in the parish.
