Texas, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Membership Applications, 1892-2010
The Daughters of the Republic of Texas is a lineage society dedicated to preserving the memory of Texas pioneer families. Membership is limited to descendants of those who "rendered loyal service for Texas" prior to February 19, 1846--the date on which Texas became part of the United States. These records consist of 1,525 booklets containing membership applications and their attendant documentation. The records are located in the Society's headquarters in Austin, Texas. This collection is being published as images become available.
