The Province of Pola was an Italian province between the years of 1923 through 1945. Localities from the Province of Pola are in the modern-day countries of Slovenia and Croatia. The collection contains records from the following localities from the Province of Pola: Buie (Buje, Croatia); Cittanova d'Istria (Novigrad, Croatia); Isola d'Istria (Izola, Slovenia); Materada (Materada, Croatia); Pirano (Piran, Slovenia); Portole (Oprtalj, Croatia); and Verteneglio (Brtonigla, Croatia). The collection also contains records from the following localities from the Province of Trieste: Guardiella, Muggia, Prosecco and Trieste. Images may be out of cronological order. Availability of records is largely dependent on time period and locality.
