This military collection contains rosters of officers and muster rolls of enlisted men that were prepared both monthly and bimonthly between the years 1916-1939. Rosters are most often arranged by type of unit and reporting unit. Records are originally housed at The National Archives at St. Louis. The collection is part of Records Group 64, Records of the National Archives and Records Administration. The collection was transferred by the Department of the Army to the National Archives after the 1973 fire at the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis. The event date is either the date of enlistment or the date the military unit was mustered. Additional records and/or images may be added to this collection in the future.
