This census enumerates all persons in Norway on 3 December 1900. Some portions of the census have been lost. Missing portions include:

The forms used in this census are similar to those from 1910. The main form collected information about the residence and the persons living there. The census also included sailors aboard Norwegian ships in foreign harbors.
