Parish History

AB-KETTLEBY (St. James), a parish, in the union of Melton-Mowbray, hundred of Framland, N. division of the county of Leicester, 3 miles (N. W. by N.)from Melton-Mowbray, on the road to Nottingham. At Holwell is a chapel of ease. [1]
