Open Hours (subject to staff availability):

  • All groups larger than 4 people must be booked ahead of time. This way we can arrange for additional staff. All teaching is one-on-one.
  • Tuesday 7pm to 9pm
  • Wednesday to Friday by appointment only.

  • If the door is locked then ring bell to the left of the door.

Holiday Schedule:

  • We will not be opening the center December 20th to January 3rd. People can still call and book during this time but it will depend on our availability.

Online Collections

  • FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog.

Databases, Software and Websites

  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.
  • Full Family History Center access to Ancestry, findmypast, MyHeritage, Find-A-Record and Puzzilla.

Hardware and Equipment

  • 3 computers with access to FamilySearch and other genealogy related sites.
  • Wireless connection for patrons without access to Center sites listed above.
  • 1 regular laser printer wirelessly attached to computers (printer is not a microfilm reader printer)
  • 2 Microfilm readers
  • 1 Microfiche reader
  • books and maps
