DARNALL, a hamlet, in the parish and union of Sheffield, S. division of the wapentake of Strafforth and Tickhill, W. riding of York, 3 miles (S. E.) from Sheffield, on the road to Worksop. A church, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was erected in 1841.
