Center Resources


  • FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog.
  • Over 5,000 films on permanent loan. Films specializing in the Ti-State area. Tri-State consists of Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia - large number for Lee, Russell, Scott. Tazewell, and Wise counties, along with Tennessee and West Virginia area. A large number of European films for England and Germany. Many books that are out of print.

Databases and Software

  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.

Four large screen computers, three printers, one scanner, five film and fiche readers
