For the project US, Arkansas—World War II Draft Registration Cards, 1940–1945:
When you arbitrate batches in this project, check the entries in the County and State or Country fields for the contact person even if the fields are not highlighted for arbitration. In some cases, the entries in those fields have been reversed. If you find that the entries in those two fields have been reversed, enter the correct values in the correct fields. Click here for an example.

Lists of US Counties and Cities

An image that shows only a Change of Address Card should be marked as a No Extractable Data Image.

Cards from Other States: Index cards from any state.

If no state was recorded as the state of residence, press Tab to skip the Residence: State field.

Some other kinds of cards may be included with draft registration cards. These other kinds of cards should not be indexed. Click here for an example.
