Q. If the name of the "person" who is the guardian is listed as a bank or other corporate entity do we enter this into the guardian field? A. Index only individuals in name fields.

Q. On some cards there are two death dates. One is written in the "Died" field and the other written on the stamp saying "Died .... Accrued order dated ... payable to (widow) ....." Sometimes one will have a line through it, but usually not. Does one death date field have priority over the other?  A. Use the earliest date, or the one that is not crossed out.
