Technical Issues & Workarounds

Site Design

  • Search Google for Wikipedia - there is a search box under the Wikipedia listing that lets you search Wikipedia directly right there. Can we get one for the FS Wiki listing?
  • Under Community, the list of links has changed - has been compressed into fewer links, removed those that we didn't feel were as important for contributors
  • Adding the Extension:Widgets - what widgets do we want to load?
  • Google Maps
  • Google Books
  • Video player to play our tutorial videos on screen
  • Widgetbox widgets
  • The main question about loading these is how do we check the content to make sure it's appropriate if we are not patrolling all changes?

Be bold! Post your agenda items!
