A Project Meeting is held every other Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. MST.  Everyone is invited.  If you would like to work on the project, but aren't sure where to start, this is a good place to learn more about what is going on.

Purpose and Time

Come forge solutions with other community contributors. We discuss content, best practices, community, and strategy. This is a conference call meeting every other Wednesday from 2:00-3:00 PM (mountain time). Community members are welcome to suggest topics for the agenda by adding to the weekly agenda discussion pages.

For New Contributors

You are invited to attend this meeting where you can discuss what you are working on, ways to improve the wiki and your experience, and connect to others who can assist you. The first meeting of each month is mostly devoted to collaborating with moderators, however, all are invited.  Please see the instructions on how to join this meeting below.  Each meeting is recorded for those who cannot attend.

Purpose of the meeting

  • To forge solutions with other community contributors.
  • To discuss content, community, best practices, current issues, and strategy.

First half of meeting:

  • Introduce new members
  • Outstanding discussion items that need resolution (Policies/Manual of Style)
  • What are you working on? Do you need people to come in and help?

Second half of meeting: Rotation of topics

  1. Learn from one another. What are you doing? Obstacles and getting the help to move beyond them. Collaborating.
  2. Training wanted: Add to the agenda early so experts and interested parties can be specifically invited
  3. Projects needing volunteers:
  4. Improve the Wiki: Resolve current issues and pending decisions
  5. Open: add your own agenda items
