Parish History

HIGHBURY, a metropolitan suburb and a chapelry in Islington parish, Middlesex. The suburb stands on the New river and on the North London railway, 3 miles N of St. Paul's.[1]

St Saviour Aberdeen Park Highbury was a conscription church (built at the expense of the Reverend W. D. Wallace) and "built fronting the eastern side of the extension [of Aberdenn Park] in 1866."
