NORTHIAM (St. Mary), a parish, in the union of Rye, hundred of Staple, rape of Hastings, in the East division of Sussex, 7¾ miles North West by West from Rye. There are places of worship for Wesleyans and Unitarians. Northiam St Mary is an Ancient parish; a history of the church is available Northiam St Mary The parish Church of St Mary has been designated a grade II* listed building British listed building
