STANTON-UNDER-BARDON, a chapelry, in the parish of Thornton, union of Market-Bosworth, hundred of Sparkenhoe, S. division of the county ofLeicester, 9 miles (W. N. W.) from Leicester. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.
