Olbersdorf is a civil jurisdiction in the Czech republic. Resident in the civil jurisdiction is a Roman Catholic Parish, and the church/parish name is Church of Virgin Mary (in Czech, of course). There are also likely Jews, Lutherans, and today Muslims living in this city.
Changing the designation to a "parish" is akin to changing the designation to a "synagogue" or a "mosque."
There is a real problem with trying to view Europe through a Christian lens and then embedding it in the Wiki.
If you want to break down the Czech Republic, then do it on the basis of civil jurisdictions, not religious ones.
