The hyperlinks when you go to browse do not include Ohio County or Marshall Country.
Yet there is an answer on this page that says the Ohio County and Marshall Country records do exist.  How do I access them?

The answer is stated on website

See the answer to the question in bold print:

Please review this website where you will see a coverage table listing the counties included in the West Virginia Naturalization Records.  You will note that Marshall county is not included:

A search of the Family History Library Catalog does not list a microfilm available for Marshall county naturalization records.
