Two Heroes is an extinct town formerly in Grand Isle County, Vermont. Two Heroes was established in 1779 as a grant from Vermont. In 1791 the former Two Heroes town was split and became the parts of two new towns: North Hero and South Hero. Furthermore, in 1798 a town called Middle Hero was formed from the northern half of South Hero. In 1810 the town of Middle Hero was renamed, and became the town of Grand Isle.[1] [2]
