WALCOT (St. Nicholas), a parish, in the union of Sleaford, wapentake of Aveland, parts of Kesteven, county of Lincoln, 1½ mile (N. W.) from Folkingham. The mediaeval church is in the decorated style and has a tower with a crocketed spire.
Walcot parish was in the Aswarby sub-district of Sleaford registration district from 1837-1890 when it transferred to the Leadenham sub-district
