    The Palmer Family History Center of the Wasilla Stake serves the communities of Palmer and Wasilla,         Alaska.

  2. The FHC entrance is on the west side of the building, there is a doorbell on the outside door where the hours are posted.

Open Hours: Tuesday 10:00 am- 8:30 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am - 8:30 pm. Groups by appointment 745-8774 or Center Directors Randy/Cynthia Magner 745-1333.

Holiday Schedule: Closed major holidays and the month of August for maintenence. Weather closures: if the schools are closed, the center will be closed for safety.

Collections

  • FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog.

  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions. (Note to FHC: Not all FHCs have access to this portal. If you do not, you will want to remove this entire bullet. If you do have access to it, just remove this text in italics.)
