Parish History

White Notley or Notley-White (St Ethelreda), is a village and a parish in Braintree district, Essex. The village is on the river Brain, and adjacent to the Braintree railway, it is 3½ miles N W by N of Witham; it has a station on the railway and a post-office under Witham.[1]
