1st Regiment, West Virginia Cavalry
The 1st Regiment, West Virginia Cavalry was organized at Wheeling, Clarksburg and Morgantown, West Virginia, July 10 to November 25, 1861. The regiment mustered out July 8, 1865. The Companies in this regiment were Company A through Company M.
