Question #1: I get a message “Image not Available” for San Pedro de Macorís > San Pedro de Macorís > San Pedro Apóstol > Bautismos 1926-1932, Defunciones 1921-1933, Matrimonios 1921-1925 and Matrimonios 1925-1940. Can I view these records?
Answer #1: Whenever possible, FamilySearch makes images available for all users. However, ultimate rights to view images on our website are granted by the record custodians. Dominican Republic Data Privacy rules prohibit viewing all birth, death and marriage images after 1930. If any record on a digital folder contains birth records after 1930, for example, the entire digital folder is restricted. The Historical Records collections will be updated each year to show new unrestricted records. FamilySearch respects and strives to adhere to all privacy laws respective to preserving and providing access to genealogical records in its collection.

Question #2: There is no such locality as Duvergé, El Seibo, Dominican Republic. What is the correct locality and path for these records?
Answer #2: The records located in the path El Seibo > Duvergé > Nuestra Señora del Carmen > Defunciones 1895-1926 and Matrimonios 1895-1930 belong in the path Independencia > Duvergé > Nuestra Señora del Carmen.
Question #3: The Event Type and Year Range (browse point) title does not properly reflect the actual digital record content. Is there a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection?
Answer #3: The following list of known browse point discrepancies describes the event type or year range that actually exist in this collection:
- Santiago > Santiago de los Caballeros > Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia > Matrimonios 1874-1886 year span should read as Matrimonios 1874-1892.
