E Plantation is an extinct plantation, now an unorganized territory (township) in the Central Aroostook townships of Aroostook County. E Plantation was organized from Township Letter E, Second Range West of the Easterly Line of the State (TE R2 WELS) in 1898. The plantation organization was surrendered in 1990, and it has since remained unorganized territory now called E Township.[1]
