LODSWORTH (St. Peter), a liberty and parish, in the union and parliamentary borough of Midhurst, hundred of Easebourne, rape of Chichester, W. division of Sussex, 3½ miles (W. by N.) from Petworth.[1]


Lodsworth St Peter is an Ecclesiastical Parish in the Chichester district of West  Sussex, created in 1773 from a chapelry in Easebourne, Sussex Ancient Parish and includes Lickfold and Blackdown House.
