Registration:  We ask that everyone pre-register free for the conference to help us determine what seating logistics we will need.  Please click here to register online.  You will also have the option to order a sack lunch ($7) and/or printed syllabus ($8) after you register.

  • (Please note that you will be able to download the syllabus (free) about 2 weeks prior to the conference and print it at home if you like.)
