Ohio: Norwegian Settlements

History: 

In 1860, 328 249 immigrants lived in Ohio.  In 1900 about 1000 were Norwegians.  Most settled along Lake Erie, around Cleveland and Ashtabula, and formed communities that were strongly Norwegian.
