FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a Family History Center, a branch facility of the Family History Library.

The Orem Utah Lakeridge Family History Center has everything you need to get started on your family history. Teachers and information on Basic Search, New Family Search and other helps including a partial library of books and genealogy helps for all levels of expertise. The Center serves Six Stakes in the Orem area. Cascade, Orem, Sharon, Hillcrest, Stonewood, Lakeridge.

(Note to FHC: Not all FHCs have access to this portal. If you do not, you will want to remove this entire bullet. If you do have access to it, just remove this text in italics.)

  • Photo scanner: Available for scanning personal photos which then can be saved on a flash drive to be printed commercially or on a home color printer.  If printed at this FHC, they will only print in black and white.  The photos can also be added to family histories, and/or attached to family members in FamilySearch Family Tree
