Question: I have noticed that the relationship to head of household and other relevant data that would make these collections better to research is missing. Are there any plans to add this information?
Answer: The fields that we can display are dictated by contractual agreements. These indexes include all of the data that we are allowed to display. This information can be obtained by ordering the microfilm into a FamilySearch Center for viewing. For instructions on ordering microfilm please see: Ordering Microfilm or Microfiche.
Scotland Census, 1891
Question: A search for people born in Aberdeenshire finds only a handful of people. Surely this is incorrect. Where are the missing records.
Answer: The birthplace of Aberdeenshire has been misspelled as Aberdenshire in the collection indexing project. Entering Aberdenshire in the birthplace filter will find the desired records?
