Probate records for Solør and Odal, 1758-1852 judicial districts in Hedmark county. They include these places:

  • Nord-Odal
  • Sør-Odal
  • Eidskog
  • Vinger
  • Kongsvinger
  • Grue
  • Hof

There is some overlapping of Solør and Odal and Solør and Østerdal between 1758-1774. All of Odal belonged to Øvre Romerike in Akershus County before 1762 with some overlapping for the next ten years.

The probate records usually contain the date of the probate, name of the deceased, names of heirs, guardians and trustees, inventory lists, land and holdings, and other miscellaneous information.
