Only one section of the Favorites will download - British. I have tried again and again. I have several people in my research classes who want the entire Favorites but can't get them.

This question or concern is currently unresolved.

Only one of the six promised folders for links exist.

Both the FHL Favorites.exe file on drive G: on the patron computer stations at the Family History Library, and the Bookmark.htm file available on wiki.familysearch.org promise to include six folders, namely: British, Canada & USA, International, News, Search Engines, and World. But, in both cases, only the British folder is included.

Only one section of the Favorites will download - British. I have tried again and again. I have several people in my research classes who want the entire Favorites but can't get them.
