Neighboring Counties

Is there any reason for "Neighboring Counties" to be listed when it is already listed competely in the Muncipalities/Communities at the bottom? We're trying to keep duplicate information to absolute minimum. Dsammy 17:48, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
